Latitude 7420, webcam not working

Question

I have Dell 7420 i7 11gen 32gb 512ssd. My webcam is not working giving error code 0xA00F4244. I have tried all possible setting test but nothing work for me.

Hi Try... Press Windows + I to open Settings > Privacy > Camera. Ensure camera access is turned on for the device and apps.

@anne_droid​ i have already tried thiese things including laptop device manager add hardware generic webcam. But nothing working for me

Did it once work, and no longer does - or is this a new to you system you haven't tried? Note that these are available new with a camera-delete option -- if you haven't had the cam working before, you may want to check the original configuration of the system by service tag at dell.com/support to make sure the system has a camera.
