Latitude 7320, service tag not recognized
I am trying to create a recovery USB stick. The tool does not recognize my service tag. Nor does the support website. Can not create a ticket without the service tag.
Product: Latitude 7320 <Your private Service Tag information was removed from public view. DELL-Admin>
Please help

The reason for the questions was not to implicate you in anything. It was to find out the system history.
Dell will only support the registered owner of the system, so you will need to go through the IT staff at the company that made the purchase originally. For that matter, since the system is four years old or more, there's little reason to load the factory image, which will need so many updates you may as well do a clean install of Windows. You can then download any drivers you need from Dell support (which won't require the service tag).
You can use the MS media creation tool to prepare install media for Windows 10 or 11.

Contact the person from whom you purchased the system for an explanation.
Was this system sold in Russia, Belarus, or another embargoed country?

My replies to ejn63's message keep disappearing. This is a corporate device owned by German company.

If you're affiliated with the corporate owner, contact your internal support group. If you've purchased this as a used system, best option: return it to the seller for a refund.

I really see no reason for you to keep assuming that this is some kind of shady purchase. For the ones really willing to help I will provide some further details below:
1. My Business Unit was sold to another company.
2. IT released our notebooks for our use (please see message below).
3. Technically I am now working for another company but I will try to ask for help from the old company IT-staff.
4. Meanwile I am asking for help to try to solve the problem ASAP. As they will definately have the same issue trying to receive service from Dell.
