Latitude 3520 Data Manager using too much memory

Very high usage of CPU and Memory up to 100%

Dell Command Update version 5.4 installed

Dell Core Services 1.10.39.0 installed 

Dell Support Assist 4.8.2.29006 installed

Dell support Assist Plug in for Dell Update Ver 5.5.9.18923 installed

Please advise how to correct problem. Thanks.
