Latitude 3510 Rapid Blinking Light When Plugged In
I picked up a 3510 at a flea market for free. When I plug power into it the power led starts blinking rapidly and will not go off unless I unplug it. I have isolated the board, and it occurs no matter what I have or don't have plugged into it (memory, i/o board...)
I haven't seen this behavior before, and I can't find any info that tells me what it is doing.

The system won't POST correctly without RAM on board, so that's the first thing you need.
Once its starts POST, the troubleshooting codes are here

@ejn63 as I stated, this happens whether or not I have memory installed.

You'll need to decide whether it's worth replacing the mainboard.

@ejn63 that's what I thought, and no, it's not worth it. To the e-recycler it goes after I strip it for parts. Thanks
