Latitude 3410 not charging, power led not blinking

Hi, I have a latitude 3410 laptop, which was working & charging fine.

I kept it idle for around 2 weeks, now when I tried to power on, it didn't also it's not charging and charging led is not blinking.

Tried connecting it on different socket and removing dust from port, no luck.
