I think, notebook need easy open bottom cover
For example if lid is easy to open, we can install a modem with a physical SIM card inside laptop.

Most Latitude systems are easy to service -- but if the reason for needing access is a physical SIM, note that those are rapidly heading for obsolescence in favor of eSIM (check to see if your system will support an eSIM -- many new systems do).
