Dell WD19 not able to support anymore two 4K monitors via DP ports
Under Windows 10, my Latitude 5530 with the Dell Dock W19 was perfectly capable of handling 4k on the two monitors connected to the Dock via the two DP ports.
After switching to W11, and updating the Dock firmware to version 01.00.47, the maximum resolution of the two screens was reduced to 2560x1440, which is not optimal for my work. I don't understand why a new OS or the new firmware limits the capabilities of the WD19...

A WD19T dock should be able to handle two 4K monitors. A WD 19 (USB 3.x) doesn't have the required bandwidth. Which dock do you have?

@ejn63 The Dell Firmware Update Utility 01.00.47.01 recognizes it as a WD19 MST. But As I said before upgrading the OS to W11 and the Deck FW, I was actually able to get 2 4k screens working just perfectly.

What refresh rate is set for the monitors? You may get 4K X2 if you reduce the refresh to 30 Hz.

@ejn63 Unfortunately I can't change the setting, under Display Advanced options I get only 60Hz...
