Dell Support

I just need valid explanation from DELL regarding the delay.

How is possible DELL can replace the keypad to the system which report on 26 March 2026 and unable to replace the

keypad to the system which report on 19 March 2026. DELL agent inform me the part is not available.

Hope the DELL tell me the truth…When the DELL don’t have the spare part? Is it before 19 March 2026 or after 26 March 2026?

Come on DELL…I report many cases to DELL for many years. Please tell me the truth…I want to know valid explanation from

DELL. Take 10 days to repair the system?

Contact Dell GHN (Get Help Now) chat technical support Monday through Friday. Click the blue "Get Help Now" on the right to start a private live chat session. Share the private Service Tag with them so that they can verify the ownership and warranty status. This will also generate a unique Technical Support case for your unique Service Tag. 

Parts for service are subject to backlogs as ETAs can change day to day. Contact your case owner or a new agent via GHN to get an updated ETA for service. You can also check the status of the work order yourself with this link here
