Today, I called Dell as I wanted to increase the hard drive capacity on my Latitude 9420. The Sales person off shore said that my laptop in not a 2 in 1. Yet when I put in my service code, the Dell website says I do have a 9420 2 in 1. What gives?

It doesn't matter as far as storage upgrades go - either system takes one M.2 2230 NVMe drive.
