Dell Pro Support Plus

I've had Dell Pro Support Plus for over 20 years for all my Dell computers.   I specifically buy Dell for their Pro Support Plus, which features technical support from U.S. tecnicians.  This is critical for me because my computer is my livelihood, and I have unique needs in a highly stressful work environment.

Since my new purchase in Jan. 2025, I've had an ongoing issue yet to be resolved.

My calls are no longer answered by U.S. tecnicians which has caused extreme stress.  The techs who answer claim to be Pro Support but it's evident that they are not. 

I've called every number I could find for every Dell Department to try to find out why I can no longer get the support I paid for.  The sales dept. confirmed I paid for Pro Support Plus under my business account, yet my calls are still being routed overseas.  The communication and language barriers are often unbearable, especially during crises situations. 

 Any advice?
