Dell Latitude laptops shuts down automatically with Blue screen and frozeen face while Dell Headset Dongle is plugged in

When we plugin dongles of Dell Headset WL7024 and WL5024 in Dell Latitude 7450, 7430 and 7350, and the headsets are off, these laptops crashes with blue screen and a frozen face with error message " Stop code: KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED ". This does not happen instantly but after 5-15 minutes. This issue has become significantly large in our organization. We have around 20-30 people complaining about this issue expected to increase as we are rolling out Dell Headphones.

The laptops dont crash when the headphone is on while dongle is plugged in. I could not find any info related to this issue online. We have around 400 members in our organization. Please guide me on right direction to resolve this issue.
