Dell Latitude 7450 rundom freezes with new BIOS

Hello. I have Dell Latitude 7450 with Ubuntu from factory. Now I Use Ubuntu 24.04.

I use it approximately 6 months.

BIOS update 17.0 was recently released. After installing it, my laptop started freezing randomly. The only solution was to turn it off by holding down the power button.

I rolled back to 16.0 and continued using it without any issues.
Now, BIOS update 18.1 has been released. I installed it, and the laptop froze again.
I also encountered a strange situation with BIOS version 18.1: the operating system shows 90% RAM usage, causing the laptop to slow down, but there's not any process consuming that RAM. It looks like something is wrong with the BIOS again.

All BIOS versions up to and including 16.0 work fine. I had to roll back to 16.0 and continue using it.
Has anyone else encountered this issue?
How can I provide this information to Dell?
