Dell latitude 7350 (or 7320) detachable - tablet/PC mode sensor problem
Hello,
After updating the BIOS and installing all critical and recommended updates, I began experiencing the following issue:
When I close the pen dock (magnetically snapping the pen into the top bezel), the system falsely detects tablet mode and disables both the keyboard and touchpad. Even bringing the pen dock close to the bezel, without fully snapping it in, triggers the tablet mode. This behavior seems inverted: it should remain in PC mode when the keyboard is attached, it should change to tablet mode only with the keyboard removal.
The device works fine as long as I leave the pen dock opened. Everything else appears to function normally.
I would appreciate any guidance or fix for this issue.
Thank you.

@Oliver197Olsen Thanks for your reply. The Dell Latitude 7350 Detachable runs Windows 11. I couldn't find any sensor settings in the BIOS, nor are there any tablet mode settings available in Windows, as far as I could search. In the device manage there is a "sensors" tab with several "HID sensor collection V2" entries, all with updated drivers.
is there anything elase I could try?
thanks.
