It won't show in UEFI setup.  With it connected, press F12 a few times and select it from the boot menu.

If it doesn't show there, was it correctly prepared (preferably using the MS Media Creation tool)?

By default, UEFI does not boot from an external device (which is the reason for the boot manager that F12 allows).

If the boot menu doesn't see the drive as bootable, it's not prepared with UEFI compliance.  You can do this with Rufus, or you can use the MS Media Creation tool to do the job.

Technically FAT32, but that supports Windows install images only up to 4G in size -- practically speaking it needs to be NTFS, since anything Windows 10 and up will be larger than that.

Rufus can be temperamental with UEFI -- use the MS Media Creation Tool, which will work.

Since this system does not have a CPU that supports Windows 11, you will need to use a CPU check bypass to get Windows 11 to install -- a default ISO/installer for Windows 11 will sense the unsupported CPU and halt the installation.

@ ejn63 i have already installed 100 laptop that are " to old" for win11 with a modifed win11 iso

its the bios that not reconise the usb stick windows have not started yet so i dont think thats the reason why the bios not reconise the stick

If so, the mainboard needs to be replaced, or you'll need to put an install image on the SSD or hard drive and use it to do the installation.

Bear in mind the system is worth about $100 before you commit to a mainboard replacement.
