Dell Latitude 5550 Issues with wd19s Dockingstation

Hi everyone!

I have the Problem that monitors flicker or turn off and on again with this Laptop and this dock, multiple users having this issue. In some cases we had the problem that the dock would not turn on again with a 180 watt PSU, but when used with a 130 watt charger it worked Perfectly.

Other users reported that one or both of their Monitors (we have Dual monitor setups in the Company) turn off and on randomly for a couple of seconds, and then they come to life again.

I've read Through so many forums now and can't seem to find a fix that works.

What I tried so far:

updating Dock Firmware

Updating laptop Bios, Drivers and OS

Swapped Docks Issues Persists

Does Anyone have a Solution for this Issue?
