DELL Latitude 5490 | Core i5 8th Generation | Touch Screen | 8GB RAM 256 GB SSD
"I bought a new Dell laptop from the market 6 days ago — Dell Latitude 5490, Core i5 8th Generation, 8GB RAM, 256GB SSD with touchscreen. I’ve only used it for 6 days, and now the speaker has started causing a lot of disturbance — it vibrates excessively or might even be damaged. I kindly request Dell to please solve this problem."

Would test first whether it sounds good with a headphone on the 3.5 mm socket.
If so, the chances are good that it is just the loudspeaker because then you can exclude many parts of the audio amplifier section on the Mainboard.
Loudspeakers are still available as a spare part. If necessary, also from third -party providers for a relatively small price
This is really a great advantage of Dell that there are still many spare parts for older notebooks.

Since this was a used notebook, return it to the seller for a refund. There will be no remaining Dell warranty on a system that's at least 5-6 years old.
