Dell latitude 5420 Battery problem
Very wastefull baterry
Hello guys I new be a Dell user, i bought this laptop in retail shop and second condition.
The condition of battery it's 100% battery health I have check in every way like Cmd, Battery info, Dell power manager they all say my battery health it's good, but idk why when I use for light browser like YouTube or watch film it's just last about 1,5 hour? Do you all guys have same experience with me?

Run powercfg /batteryreport at a command prompt with admin privilege. What are the current and design capacity figures for the battery?
This model system was released in 2021, so it's 4-5 years old and if the battery is original to the system, it likely has lost an appreciable amount of charge capacity due to its age -- and depending on how the system was used, it may be time for a replacement battery.
