Dell Latitude 3420 - missing "Dell Client Management Service" error
Hi Dell Community,
I upgraded my Dell Latitude 3420 to Windows 11. The latest Dell Command | Update (v5.4.0) fails with a missing "Dell Client Management Service" error. I can't find DCMS anywhere on the Drivers & Downloads page, and not under 'Services'.
I have:
1. Uninstalled all Dell update apps
2. Deleted C:\ProgramData\Dell\UpdateService
3. Restarted multiple times
4. Installed the classic Dell Command | Update app (v5.4.0)
Still no DCMS service in services.msc.
Can anyone provide a direct download link for DCMS or an installer package that includes it?
Thanks in advance!

"Dell Client Management Service" (DCMS) isn't a standalone application you typically download directly. It's a shared component used by various Dell applications like Dell Command | Update, Dell SupportAssist.
