Dell Charging port issue
There has been a constant issue with a round-pin charging port for Dell Latitude 3410. In our company, for the past 1 year, there have been 3-5 laptops with the same DC issue. The laptop gets charged and discharged frequently. Kindly look into issue cautiously.

Replace the DC jack. These systems are five years old -- it's not uncommon for wear and tear to cause the issue.
