Dell 7490 does not recognize external monitors. All interfaces

I have 7490 laptop with i7 CPU

<Private data removed from public view. DELL-Admin>

Suddenly it stopped recognizing external Monitors on any interfaces. Windows Detect button cannot find any. I have tried: HDMI (monitor recognize the connection, but shows "no HDMI signal", Pure Type C monitors (shows "no DP signal in type C or DP alt mode is not enabled"), HDMI via DELL type C adapter, Docking stations (Dell ones and Wavlink) - Win does not recognize via any, but charging works via type C. Tried Win 10, Win 11, clean installation of Win 10.
All drivers are installed and up to date via Windows Update and Dell Command Update, latest bios. No Issues in the device manager. In bios USB, Thunderbolt and everything related is enabled.
It was working via all mentioned interfaces for years, but not anymore. All other functions work properly including embedded 14' monitor.
What else could be checked/done? Does it sound like a HW problem?

@tim753milner Thanks for the feedback.
I have tried Dell Diagnosis - No errors (forgot to mention)
If monitor is connected on bios screen, only embedded monitor shows the picture normally, nothing on external, but it seems that it is as designed and it is always was like that. There is no option "enable multi-display" on 7490 BIOS, I'll check with Fn+F8
