Dell 7350 Detachable - Presence Sensor stopped working
Hi,
I facing a problem with inbuild presence sensor. It simply does not work anymore like I faced it on my old 7320 Detachable sometimes. Is it possible to test is it somehow that detection works fine to check the hardware? I can find Dell Optimizer settings only.
Actually Away and Presence detection for automatic logon simply does nothing but activated in Dell Optimizer. Everything is up-to-date via Dell Command Update.

Go to device settings and make sure the proximity sensor is enabled. You can usually find this option in the "Display" or "Sensors" settings..

@DELL-Jesse L There are no options available in Windows settings. I have only Dell Optimizer to activate the sensor but no option to test it. It’s the same for Bios settings.
I reset to stock image and will check it there but would be nice to test the hardware/driver. Within SupportAssist nothing related is available.
