Dell 5440 Mic and Camera Issue

Hi Everyone,

I have a Dell 5440 used in the company which has had a constant mic and camera issue. I've had Dell replace the Mic and Camera component twice now and it works for about 2 to 3 months before the issue occurs again.

I have reinstalled drivers, updated the BIOS and even reimaged the laptop to no avail.
