D3100 docking station not detected by Dell laptop
Hello,
I bought a D3100 docking station, installed the latest drivers on the drivers page, and connected my laptop to it with a USB-A 3.0 (dock) - USB-C (laptop) cable.
I am using Windows 11, maybe it's relevant.
So absolutely nothing happens when it is connected. When i plug the USB A to the PowerShare (front side, third one on the right), i ave a windows error message like show below, which means something is not recognized.
Could you help me finding what is wrong ?
Thanks in advance.

On Dell D3100 dock, the USB-in port is USB type B, not USB-A. It locates next to the power port.

What is the computer model that the dock is connected to having this error?
To receive assistance from Dell chat support, they need to verify the warranty status and ownership. Then you must troubleshoot with them. Click the "Get Help Now" icon on the right to start a live chat session. If already out of warranty, click here for the Dell out of warranty offering.
