Cursor not moving

So I am having a problem in my dell latitude E7470.

My cursor stops moving after few seconds of starting the laptop, like it works in the start but than it gets stuck at one place.

The right and left click is working perfectly, only the cursor is not moving.

I even used different type of mouse but still the same issue.

Note: my laptop is updated
