Corrupt BIOS file on Dell website (Latitude D630 BIOS version A19)

The Dell Latitude D630 support page has a corrupt flash BIOS file (version A19), when run it crashes with error 0x00000504. Could someone please fix this? The support page is at:

here is the A19 bios file, just checked on my D630. Works perfect!
