Cellular Wake Up Issue - Pro Rugged 14 RB14250 - DW5826e Snapdragon X12 Global LTE

Lapmargin: 0;">WWAN: DW5826e Snapdragon X12 Global LTE

WWAN Driver: 10.0.26100.5074, 8/26/2025 (latest)

Windows 11

Everytime I close the laptop lid (sleep) and re-open the lid, the cellular won't connect;

In Settings, the Icon for the cellular network is flashing/"blinking". Looks like it is restarting 100 times / second, stuck in an endless loop.

The only way to make the cellular to work again, is to in Settings "Dsiable" and then "Enable" the adapter.

The option for Winows to put the device to sleep in Device Manager is turned off.

I sometimes also get these weird notifications;

So there is obviously something wrong. I have the latest drivers and have re-installed them.

What could possible be the issue/solution?

Thanks,
