Can my Dell latitude E7470 support Oculink via the WWAN slot?

I have an old dell latitude e7470, with an i5 6200U (12 PCIe Lanes max), and a free M.2 slot where the WWAN card should go. I'm currently thinking about the possibility of somehow putting an eGPU into it using oculink, which, sure is super messy, and may be limited in performance by the amount of lanes, but it can't be that much worse than the iGPU, would it?
The problem is, I don't think the BIOS could support it, and I'm unsure if there's even enough extra lanes. so could it theoretically work?
