Can I safely remove AOMEI OneKey Recovery?

I recently bought a Dell Latitude 7430, which came with 'AOMEI OneKey Recovery' pre-installed.

I was going to uninstall it but it showed:

"AOMEI OneKey Recovery is being uninstalled, and the un-installation program does not delete the recovery partition, but for the one-key boot environment, you can select to delete it. Would you like to delete the one-key boot environment?"

I halted removing the program at this stage, in case it stopped me booting or something similar.

Later, I was having a random look through the UEFI and I noticed in the Boot menu (I believe it was called), was a 'Boot Sequence' section that listed:

1. AOMEI OneKey Recovery

2. Windows Boot Manager

3. UEFI PC SN530 NVMe WDC 512GB

4. UEFI HTTPs Boot

Clearly this program is not just a basic Windows program if it is mentioned in the UEFI and is top of the boot sequence list.

If I were to knock it from top down to the bottom in the boot sequence, then uninstall the program from Windows, would I get any issues?

AOMEI is neither Dell nor Microsoft product.  Since there are many Dell systems running fine without AOMEI Onekey Recovery as boot option, I guess yours should not get any issue after uninstalling AOMEI.

@Chino de Oro The software came pre-installed and is mentioned in the UEFI itself, so I wanted to make sure.

Any third party utility can be uninstalled and it should not hinder the system with factory installed software.
