Bois update to V2.3.4.1 now causing BSD on boot
I have same problem. After the new BIOS update V2.3.4.1 on my Inspiron 13 5310. I need to downgrade as I get BSD every after boot. I have checked my bios settings and I have Bios downgrade enabled, but says that I'm blocked when I try to downgrade. Now I have a computer that is not usable due to Bios bug. Please help.
Note I'm on windows 11 and all updates applied before bios update. Now I can downgrade my bios due to dell lock on this version not being able to downgrade. Please help ASAP.
I have been a long time Dell customer but now I'm reconsidering my loyalty.

Before blaming the firmware and attempting a recovery, what's causing the blue screen. Run Who Crashed (the free edition is fine).

Sorry to make it sound like I jumped to conclusions that BSD is caused by BIOS update, but there is a little more to the story.
Few months back BIOS 2.3.4 was released and after update I immediately had BSD. So I reverted my BIOS to previous version and all was well again. So when 2.3.4.1 was released I thought I would give it a try. Same problem, but now Dell is blocking my ability to revert to any version. So I'm stuck. This is so sad that they are blocking downgrading my BIOS. That is what I need help with. How do I downgrade my BIOS when Dell is blocking the downgrade. Or give me a new BIOS that does not BSD on boot.

Firmware updates rarely cause blue screens -- what does Who Crashed reveal about the cause of the blue screen?
