BATTERY PROBLEM IN DELL LATITTUDE 5289 2 in 1
I installed orignal brand new battery purchased from Dell Store on 02/08/2024, Its been two months it stopped working in May/2025, I have tried to contact dell support but no is replying, I have updated BIOS to latest, I can not even claim any warranty, its a new battery because I barely used my laptop that much.
No Events found!

Contact the actual store from which the battery was purchased -- they are your warranty source, not Dell itself.

Most Dell battery sales are considered refurbished, with a 90 day warranty on them. If yours was new, it should have a 12 month warranty -- you'll need to call Dell support in Italy about the issue.

If the battery was purchased on February 8, 2024 it's out of warranty even if it had a year coverage from Dell.

@ejn63 I purchased it on August 1, 2024, Not even used the laptop much, its health was very good according to BIOS, and battery timing was also very good, and suddenly this problem occured.

You're going to need to supply more detail for anyone to help.
Was the battery purchased from Dell USA in the US?
Was the battery sold as new or refurbished?
What does "stopped working" mean? Is the battery unrecognized by the system (F2 at powerup to check) or is it recognized, but the battery won't power the system?
Does the system recognize its AC adapter (F2 at powerup to check) or does the adapter show "unknown"?
Will the system run OK on AC power?

I contacted dell multiple time, they says: we are sale team please contact technical team, when contact technical team they don't reply and wesite says for this product no technical support, I just want send this battery back has warranty, it would be much better if I had bought chiness battery for 35€ it works fine at least.

@ejn63 I checked AC Adaptor its recognized by the system, battery is unreconized

You need to contact customer service, not technical support. However, if the battery is out of support the only option is a replacement battery.
Answer the other questions in my last post if you need more assistance.

When I contact technical support they say please contact customer service or there is no technical support for your laptop.
When I contact Customer serivice they says this:

WHY THIS SUCH A BIG COMPANY DO NOT CLAIM WARRANTY OF THERE OWN PRODCUTS WHICH THEY SELLS 2 or 3 TIMES MORE EXPENSIVE AS COMPARE TO OTHER ALTERNATES.
i call the number which was on invoice they do not even pick the call.
