After connecting the Dell Latitude 3450 to logitech swytch, meeting room displays old meeting screen shared.

After connecting the Dell Latitude 3450 to Logitech swytch, the meeting room displays old meeting data from a previously connected device intermittently.
During this time, we can still see the mouse cursor mirroring normally on the room display, but the content is totally different from the laptop connected to swytch. I can confirm that the content that was displayed was from the person who previously used the room.
It only happens with the laptop model: Latitude 3450.
The laptop and the room hardware are up to date.
Is it happening with someone else?

Interesting issue — it sounds like a compatibility glitch between the Dell Latitude 3450 and Logitech Swytch. Since it's showing old meeting content but mirroring the cursor correctly, it could be a driver or caching issue.

A few quick things to try:

  • Reinstall or update the graphics driver from Dell or Intel.

  • Check the BIOS settings related to display and USB-C, and reset them to default.

  • Try a different USB-C/HDMI port if available.

  • Power cycle the room system to clear any cached display.

  • Reach out to Logitech support — it might be a known issue.

It would be good to know if others with the same model are facing this too.
