Instructions
Step 1: Identify Your Product
- Locate the Service Tag: Find the unique Service Tag on your Dell system. This is usually a 7-character alphanumeric code located on a sticker on your device.
- Visit Dell Support: Go to Dell Support Home.
- Enter the Service Tag: In the search box, enter your Service Tag and click "Search".
Step 2: View System Information
- Navigate to Support Services: On the next page, find the "Support Services" section.
- Check Warranty Information: Click on the hyperlink next to the warranty type to view detailed information about your system, including the shipped date and build date.
Additional Information
Use the shipped date and build date to calculate the age of your Dell system.
