Using Dell Inspiron 1520 with Dell All In One Printer 968. Can no longer scan to computer or send pictures to computer from Dell 968W.

I could use the scanner, etc. originally, but can't now.  I have found the message:  'You are currently connected to your Dell 968 AIO Printer device on the network, and the message " The computer cannont detect scanner or camera."  I am able to print with this printer, so it is turned on and is connected to the computer. 

What can I do to get the scanner, etc. to work?  Help!!!!!
