usb 3.0 is not working (recognized) in windows 8.1 (inspiron 15R 5521)

Hello,

I've dell inspiron 5521 15R touch screen i7 core

I was using windows 8 previously and it was working fine but I installed windows 8.1 couple of weeks ago, everything is working fine except usb 3.0 port. System is not recognizing the ports. When I attach any USB device like mobile it start charging phone but not connect as it should be but on the other hand it works fine with usb 2.0 ports. I've attached the screen shot of device manager please let me know the solution if any one of you know that.
