Update "Latitude On" from Linux

I've got an E4300 with the Latitude On module. I'm happy with it but I would like to be able to update it from my Linux installation. I don't dual-boot and Win 7 can not be installed on USB drives. On SSD, wasting at least 10GB of HD just for updating some firmware is not an option.

I can update the BIOS from FreeDOS but it seems that the Latitude On updater only works on Windows.

What could I do?
