not Turn on
I have a new XPS 15 the first time i turned it on everything was OK. the second time I tried to turned on was not working. The computer is displaying the Dell logo and does not move. What I did wrog?
No Events found!

Is it able to boot into windows or is it stuck at Dell logo?

Welcome to the Community.
Please unplug the battery and the adapter. Press and hold power button for 10 seconds. Plugin the adapter and perform Pre Boot system Assessment (PSA). To launch PSA diagnostics, please press and hold the “Fn” key while turning on the system. Hold it down until the diagnostic starts. Click the link mentioned below for additional information about PSA diagnostics and error codes:
