L702X & 3D Live not synching or working!!

Well, got my 3D Live glasses the other day in the mail (Yes, they were ordered with my laptop, but they were delayed).  They don't work.   I am currently waiting on DELL LEVEL 3 support to call me back. They have connected to my machine, uninstalled and re-installed video drivers, uninstalled & reinstalled the NVIDIA Steroscope 3D USB controller.  Charged the glasses for 3+ hours before initial use.  The power light turns green when I turn the glasses on.  When I go into the setup wizard in the NVIDIA control panel, and try to synch the glasses, the 3D light turns on, on the the laptop, but nothing happens.  I have had other look through the glasses, they see the same thing I do. Anyone else having these issues?

I tried your Camera trick and my Laptop does not show the lights. I tested the camera against a remote control and saw the redish/purplishs lights light frm it. Nothing from my Laptop when the green light is on. So, hopefully, when I get the new laptop, it will work. NOTE: iPhone does not show these lights, I had to use a different camera phone.

Got new laptop on Friday, took it home and everything worked. 3D works great. One other thing I have noticed is that the Bluetooth mouse also works better too. I puchased a MS Notebook BT 5000 mouse and it would never stay connected to my original XPS 17. THis new one, it's connects w/out any issues. Fixed two issues with one new laptop. I hope Dell fixes your problems too.

I tried taking a picture.  My TV controller shows very bright lights on my camcorder.  My XPS L702x also shows the blinking lights but much dimmer than my TV controller.  Is that what you experienced?

I've tried two sets of NXG glasses and neither of them worked.  I would just like to have some way to be sure that it's either the laptop or the glasses.
