Inspiron M5030 7 beeps over and over, no boot

My husband purchase the Dell computer for my daughter for college. Right after the warranty expired we started getting the 7 beeps. We have taken it to different places to repair it. I found out that this is a known problem for Dell.

We just need to get it repaired. Was going to purchase another one but don't want to run into the same problem.

Help anyone out there.
