HELP!!! laptop wont work!!!

plz help. my mom got me a dell inspiron 1545 last christmas and it worked fine till a couple of days ago. when i turned it on it went to a black screen that says: windows failed to start. a recent hardware or softwere change may have caused this (blah, blah, you know this already probably) then it gives me to options. the first one is says repare (recomended) and the second one says startwindows normaly. i have already tried both of thise and i also did the last known good configuration thing. safe mode doesnt work. please help im only 13 and i dont know wut to do.
