BlueScreen and memory dump common on this new Inspiron 17 - 1764
In September I purchased a Inspiron 17 - 1764 with intel i5 and Genuine Windows 7 Home Premium from dell outlet. Within the first month I had the first occurrence of the screen going to the blue screen with an alert saying dumping physical memory and then the computer restarts. After the restart windows checks for solution but no solution is ever found and this continues to happen about once a week. Has anyone else found a solution to this problem or is this a hardware defect?

Run the Dell Diagnostics by selecting it on the Boot Menu to check the hardware. You should have contacted Support right away about any hardware problems. If this outlet computer is still under warranty, contact Dell.
