Battery not charging
My battery doesn't charge on my Dell oem charger any longer. It will charge on a Targus charger I have. What's the deal? Is there anything I can do to change this?

Replace the AC adapter.

If the battery won't charge at all, with any adapter, maybe - the other possibility is a damaged charge circuit. If, as you said, the other charger will charge the battery, the fault is with your charger.
