Hello. What kind of radio device or program are you using? Or are you streaming radio off the internet?

There are many, many possibilities which may have caused what you've described. It's unclear if what you're hearing is true radio, some kind of interference, or perhaps something cross-connected in your computer or audio system wiring.

Hello Rachita. Thanks for posting on the Laptop Audio board.

Mohan's wrote, "I could not hear sound from FM radio", but can hear other audio okay. I feel that means that Mohan wants to hear FM radio but is unable to do so.

The only ways I can think of to get FM radio are these:

> stream FM radio from the internet

> connect a physical radio to the input jack of the computer

> connect a usb radio tuner to the usb port.

Whatever method Mohan had been using seems to have stopped working 2 months ago.

Hi, I am using dell inspiron 15R 5521, for last 2 months i could not hear (sound) from FM radio ( online streaming). This problem only with FM radio. I can hear all other music (sound) like you tube, facebook and music file etc; I tried dell diagnostics also it says no problem detected please help me out.

Some programs use the latest Flash player, some use Java, some use Microsoft Silverlight. Make sure you have these programs and they're updated.

Where is FM Radio located? Is this an app or something like iHeart Radio?
