when install DSP, "Cluster DSP lock file already held" ,why? what should i do?

Hello haoyang.wang,

You will need to call into support as they will need to pull some logs to review so that they can pin point your issue.  When you contact support, you can reference KB 540547.  That KB is not for customers, as it is for technicians, but it does list the steps that the technician will need to do to resolve your issue.
