Treedelete not working - Disabling Quotas and still not working.

I'm trying to delete some folders using the "TreeDelete" command, but they continuously fail. Searching for answers, I saw that quotas on those particular folders or parent folders need to be removed.
After removing the quotas on the affected folders, the treedelete command still fails.
Do I have to wait a while after removing the Quotas?
We also have SyncIQ and SnapshotIQ enabled.

We're using OneFS Version: 7.1.1.8

Command:

# isi job jobs start treedelete --paths /ifs/vmware/LYNC30A

# isi stat
