syncIQ - excluding regex-paths with a SYNC policy

hello community!

we are trying to set our new powerscale-replica system to partially backup/sync another powerscale that contains scientific data, structured between trees like this:

because not all data need to be replicated (they can be reproduced) we are trying to set a SYNC policy that would excludes directories -or their content- such as "PROCESSED_DATA", which do not have a specific path but could be anywhere in the three so the direct "exclude directory" filter cannot be applied. The "COPY" policy has an option to filter also "paths" but SYNC seems not to have it.
