I have a following questions to PowerScale F600. ・What type of SSD use like TLC,MLC,QLC?・What Score of DWPD?・If ssd reaches write limit, can we request replacement for ssd within support term?

Drives that are still under warranty can be replaced by support.

When it comes to SSD type, that depends on how you are going to configure your system. If you have an account rep you can contact them, and they should be able to provide you additional information on the SSD type and DWPD.
