Isilon OneFS 9.1 not sending protocol events to CEE 8.7.8 and RabbitMQ

Question

We have a working solution that relies on Isilon OneFS v9.1 sending protocol events to EMC CEE CAVA service 6.6 or 8.6.1 which in turn sends them to RabbitMQ v.3.7.4

We now want to support the latest RabbitMQ v3.8.16 and CEE 8.7.8 .

For some reason the Isilon is not sending any events to CEE 8.7.8. How do we troubleshoot this?

Is there any difference in configuration between CEE 8.6.1 & 8.7.8 that we should be aware of in:

OneFS
MsgSys.xml
Registry: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\EMC\CEE

Note that I am getting heartbeats from CEE CAVA service to the RabbitMQ Exchange.

We're seeing the issue with both CEE 8.7.8 & CEE 8.8 , we can't get Isilon to sends protocol file system events to RabbitMQ using those versions of CEE.
