Is it possible to modify target configuration in eyeglass

I posted to the superna site, but there didn't seem to be much discussion content, so posting here as well for increased exposure.

I am just starting out with eyeglass and hoping there is a way to modify target configuration settings of replicated data.  In my environment, our DR cluster is also our DEV/QA cluster, and in many cases the same paths exist for pord/qa/dev.  Because of this, when I setup all of our replication jobs, I pointed everything to a starting path of /ifs/replication instead of just /ifs.  Now that I am trying to leverage Eyeglass to handle the config replication, I seem to be stuck since paths don't line up.  I was hoping there would be a way for me to modify the jobs and set the target to build with this added directory to the share path and such.  It doesn't seem to be possible, but thought I'd check and see if anyone else is dealing with this same requirement or if anyone has any ideas on how to work around this.
