installed a new version of insightiq with a new virtual machine version 6.1.0 , we access with cli but with https not able to access

Ensure that the necessary ports (HTTP port 80 or HTTPS port 443) are open or other firewall settings. Are there any errors in the logs?

yes ports HTTP port 80 or HTTPS port 443 are open .. at the moment i don t have alogs , or my question is .. do you know how to collect them ? the only error i have is
This page cannot be reached. 10.240.183.12 took too long to respond. Try: Check your connection. Check your proxy and firewall. ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT

Can you ping it? Are they on the same subnet? It most likely is a network issue.

@Phil.Lam hi thanks for the info .. w ehave opened the port and also re deplaoy with command insightiq redeploy and reconfigured .. now it works fine ! thans
