Hi,

Thanks for your question.

Have you tried running the script again?

Are these requirements met? Page 33 Dell PowerScale InsightIQ 6.0.0 Installation Guide

Prerequisites:

You must perform the upgrade on a machine that is running an instance of InsightIQ 5.1.x or 5.2.x. The same script works for InsightIQ Simple or Scale.

You must accept the EULA in the current (older) version before starting the upgrade.

There must be free disk space that is more than 50% of the used disk space. For NFS, the free space must be on the NFS server.

At least one cluster must be added into the older instance of InsightIQ before starting the upgrade.

It is recommended to upgrade when users are not logged into InsightIQ

hello

thank you for the reply

can't see any EULA so I am guessing that must have been selected somewhere?

InsightIQ Datastore Usage  25% Used    1.11 TiB Free    1.47 TiB Total

Both clusters are showing as added but in error due to it requiring the 6.x update

hello, turns out I needed to go to 5.1.1 first and then to 6.

Thank you
